Ms. Arora’s practice focuses on transactional matters, tax controversies, residential and commercial real estate transactions, intellectual property, and asset protection. Ms. Arora has represented and assisted clients in the preparation of customized corporate resolutions and highly-tailored agreements for commercial vendors, healthcare providers, and in real estate matters. Ms. Arora continues to serve as outside General Counsel for businesses operating in the areas of real estate investment and healthcare.

In 2020, Ms. Arora was appointed as Special Magistrate by Florida Department of Revenue’s Value Adjustment Board of Broward County. As Special Magistrate, Ms. Arora presides over formal proceedings and adjudicates real property tax controversies.

Ms. Arora has lectured and authored published articles pertaining to various aspects of real estate development, tax matters, and asset protection strategies and has also been featured and interviewed by leading global lifestyle and fashion designers regarding her involvement in the community and contributions to her profession in such publications as the Sun-Sentinel Newspaper, Law360, Law.com, Texas Lawyer, Glamour Magazine, BU Today, Desh-Videsh Magazine, Pardes Magazine, Grace Ormond Wedding Style, My Little Pudding, American Kahani, and International Fashion Designer, Satya Paul.

Involved in her community, Ms. Arora holds the position as School Advisory Council Member for the Broward County School District and also devotes her time to various art and performing art institutions, community causes, and charity events of South Florida.

In her free time, Ms. Arora enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, travel, reading, watching ice hockey, and playing tennis.

Ms. Arora is a member of The Florida Bar, the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar, National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association, and Miami Association of Realtors.
